Amazing. A lot of money but worth every cent. I have never been so scared & will probably never enter the sea again, but to see these amazing creatures so close is something I will never forget. One of the sharks bit hold of the cage and that shocked us! Aaaahhh! – Rob & Nia
We did a two day dice with what sharks in Gansbaai. Over the two days we got to see around ten sharks. The fist time you see a shark it’s an amazing experience. The white shark has a bad name around the world, this trip gives you the chance to see what it is really like, it is a magnificent creature, which demands respect rather than fear, it is not the man-eater it is made out to be. This trips spreads knowledge about this creature so more people can learn what it is really like. It is an endangered animal and deserved to be protected and not hunted. We would recommend this trip to everyone, as it will change the way you view sharks. – Amit, Esty and Harry.

I had an absolutely awesome time. Speak nicely to the guys here and you also could receive a hefty R300 discount! It is enough to buy you the video of your day and prove to friends and family you really did it! We saw 7 different sharks of various sizes, big, very big. At least to an English girl anyway. The food sucked slightly, but whale watching took my mind off what I was eating. Do it, you’ll regret it if not. – Clare.
What can I say? It was amazing. We got to see 5 great whites. The biggest being about 4m, though when you’re in the cage, it looks about 20m+. I learned a lot about the sharks. We shouldn’t fear them, we should RESPECT them, they are a great species. I would recommend this trip to everyone. It’s tops! – Stuey.

Did a cage dive today and it was awesome. I highly recommend "BRIAN McFARLANE tours. They pick you up here and the breakfast, lunch provided was excellent. They are also very experienced and know just how to get the sharks up close to the cage! BRILLIANT!
Fabulous. An ocean sfari - it was amazing to see the gigantic white beasts. You must take dramamine before you go. You only live once - this is a life experience that can't be passed up.
Great white shark diving in gansbaai is gr8!!! A must for all. Tour guide was the best, giving us info on sharks and local environment. I came 20cm face to face with one of the big ones. An experience that words can't describe.

22/11/04 Hi All,Just a word of warning we booked with these guys on the bases we could be on a new boat(bigger than any other).Perfect we thought but a bigger boat means bigger seas(5-6m swell)even the crew were a little nauseous. They didn't take the gear and had no intention of putting the cage in the water due to the rough seas.We saw 3sharks from the boat which was good but we paid to cage dive.
